Founder & Head of Cutie Pies

Claudia Crowster or Nana to our Cuties is a former HR Manager and Training Centre Director. After retiring, she started an NPO training center focused on upskilling and uplifting females. After years of serving as a director, Nana discovered a new passion with the birth of her first grandchild. Inspired by the need for a nurturing, Christian-based educare in the community, she founded Cutie Pies Educare. Here, your little ones thrive in small class sizes within a warm, home-like environment that makes every child feel cherished and safe! Now a qualified ECD teacher with many other skills, she strives to provide the best for every Cutie.

I’ve been part of the Cutie Pies family since 2021 and it’s been the easiest journey. My eldest started at Cutie Pies Educare for aftercare along with his sister who was only 2 at the time. Watching both of them flourish with the help of the amazing staff has been such a joy and has given me the greatest sense of peace over the years. So much so, that I was confident enough to send my youngest at the tender age of 6 months. I’m also so happy that my kids get exposed to an array of various extra mural activities - swimming, art, ballet & even computers. My youngest has just turned 2 and she knows her alphabet, can count to 20, knows ALL her colours and due to their Montessori way of learning - she has even learnt to fold and clean up after herself. It’s just the most heart warming feeling to know that while you’re at work your kids are safe, secure, learning and thriving.
